All patients received medication and patients were supported generously by bénévoles. Au Morocco and the utmost discretion, thousands of volunteers give their time, knowledge and expertise for a cause: helping those who are in need. Each year, in anonymity, hundreds of members of the medical profession come together and organize a caravan. We must pay tribute to their commitment to volunteering. This is the case of the Caravan of multidisciplinary medical Chichester, initiated by the association Ifoulki and the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity. Doctors, pharmacists, biologists, physiotherapists, midwives, nurses were providing nearly a thousand of consultations in all areas. This is the case of the Association ranks of honor in the region of Azilal, provides various services to the poor medical consultations general! es (in dermatology, pediatrics, gynecology, cardiology) and workshops to raise awareness of oral prevention, protection of the environment, food hygiene, the popularization of science and animal health. Most recently, as to give meaning to their commitment, on the eve of the second Focus on the veterinarians, the medico-pharmaceutical Friendly Guercif, a region of the Eastern (whose real name Jarsifen, of Berber origin, which means between two rivers two rivers) was mobilized in turn, on June 22 under the aegis of the Moroccan Red Crescent Guercif. Specialists, general practitioners, pharmacists, veterinarians, opticians, dentists, surgeons, nurses and organizers have launched, with the help of the Provincial Delegation of Public Health of Taza, a humanitarian operation. According to the President of the Association, Dr Nasreddine Berriche, over a thousand medical procedures were performed: circo! ncisions, consultations in general practice consultations op! htalmologiques, gynecological, pediatric, psychiatric, and dental extractions, blood glucose test . . All patients received medication and patients were supported free of charge, by volunteers. In parallel, a veterinarian action was conducted from 22 to 25 June, by veterinary volunteers douars 7: Treatment against internal parasites of 21,000 sheep, 275 cattle and 118 horses and mules, vaccination of dogs against rabies 55 . . We measure the importance of this work given that it is the animal that carries the major diseases in the region. VolontariatChaque years in Morocco, hundreds of men and women in the field of medicine and other fields take the time to make our world a better world by strengthening solidarity. We must honor them. In Europe, the year 2011 was designated as the European Year of Volunteering with the slogan change things: become b! énévoles and a recent survey (Eurobarometer), 3 out of 10 Europeans to volunteer. The common wide variety of volunteer activities is that every time people come together to help those in need, the whole society benefits. Nevertheless, in Europe and to strengthen this process, the authorities are doing everything to reduce barriers to volunteering, to provide means of action to voluntary associations, to recognize the work of volunteers and to raise awareness of the value of volunteerism, especially among young people. Hundreds of projects are supported and a relay of volunteer journalists follow the activities of various associations by producing articles, videos, documentaries . . One idea is to return to Morocco by our con sisters and brothers at the time the work of associations recognized by the constitution and where! the field of general interest now extends to the areas of will! artnership, philanthropy and patronage. . . .
